On offer will be special 2008 taster watercolour workshops for Adults at only £10 and a chance to win a free 3 hour workshop. A great gift. These watercolour taster workshops will be held on the following dates and are open to all new students. See our terms and conditions below.

These make ideal presents for yourself or someone special and will provide a good introduction to our teaching methods. If you and a friend or relative would like to try these workshops together prior to moving in to our workshops or classes, we recommend you book in advance.

Due to demand these workshops are advance-booked some months ahead, so do use our booking service now to avoid disappointment. If the dates below have expired then book mark this page to see when others become available or contact us and we will contact you prior to the event.

Existing Artists: For those who have painted before there are also special and separate workshops to further your techniques and ability. We pride ourselves in teaching students of all levels, and develop the skills of all students to produce rewarding results. A sample of these may be viewed on our calendar page.

Student Taster Workshops @ only £10

Just go to your local store and buy one small tube of 'artist quality' paint and you will see that these events truly are value for money. FULL PROFESSIONAL TUITION - QUALIFIED TUTOR - FRIENDLY STRESS FREE ENVIRONMENT - ALL PAINTS, PAPER & OTHER MATERIALS PROVIDED - USE OF EQUIPMENT - TEA OR COFFEE - GO HOME WITH A FINISHED PAINTING - AND ALL FOR JUST FIVE POUNDS!!!

These Taster Workshops are designed specifically to enable the new learner to 'have a go'. In certain circumstances some places may be available for other painters searching for somewhere to improve their skills, who would like to sample the Art Trail Centre experience prior to furthering their learning with us. * Please do feel free to discuss this opportunity with us prior to booking!

Due to the very high level of satisfaction and personal reward our learners gain, a high percentage of students return to our classes or workshops following attendance at our Taster Workshops. You will find it necessary to book any follow-on events early, to avoid disappointment.

We try to keep the website up to date for available places. As you can appreciate it is not always practical to update every time someone accesses the Internet, so when you book please provide us with a choice of dates and we will confirm availability by return - thank you.

Terms and conditions

The Art Trail Centre Taster workshops are only available to new students of the Art Trail Centre and are for adults only. Vouchers are non refundable or transferable to any form of repayment. Places are available on a first come, first served basis and we are unable to use vouchers against non taster workshop dates. Only one taster workshop per new student.

* Our structured learning has an excellent reputation for being professional, fun and rewarding, hence the need to ensure that only genuine bookings under the above conditions can be honoured. We would like to draw your attention to our normal three hour workshops which also include FULL tuition for three hours , all materials, use of equipment, tea or coffee for our standard workshop price of just £17.
